Creative Director - Studio Rx (Omnicom Production) // July 2015–Current
Previous role in the same company: Creative Manager
Previous agency names: Complete Medical Group, McCann Complete Medical, IPG Health Medical Communications
After the Omnicom acquisition of IPG, I am now working within Studio Rx, the healthcare creative production arm within Omnicom. The role continues, now supporting eight new business units with industry leading creative solutions, and also the wider commercial agency teams.

Along with my creative and wider studio teams, I support the delivery of multi-channel solutions across areas including product branding, exhibition stands, congress/symposia theming, and patient and HCP education and awareness programmes, digital solutions... and much more.
The studio is actively pushing the uptake and advancement of AI use across all areas of studio and agency activity, which I am fully involved in and helping to develop best practice and longer term thinking on usage.

Other core areas of work include business development and proposal response, consultancy, creative strategy, workshop support, and also process development and transitional team building as part of the acquisition changes.

Senior Designer - Gingernut Creative // Aug 2013–Jun 2015
I brought a wealth of healthcare experience to the award-winning public health agency Gingernut Creative.

Working with a large number of NHS, local authority teams, and major pharmaceutical companies, I created strong national behaviour change campaigns and public educational programmes. These featured the roll out of NHS Choose Well and Stoptober campaigns, and topics including obesity, illicit tobacco, illness recovery, cancer awareness and sexual exploitation.

The role involved creative direction on projects, developing and mentoring designers, and a supporting on account and overall business management.

Creative Services Manager - Quintiles (IQVIA) // Sept 1999–August 2013
Previous roles in the same company: Creative Designer, Studio Manager
Previous agency names: Medical Action Communications, Innovex Medical Communications

Originally employed as a Creative Designer, I received two promotions before holding responsibility for the creative output and strategy of the global agency. The role involved overall team management, creative direction and creative project management across agency teams.
My work covered a range of project types, with a key focus on congress support including live event and exhibit, product branding, and importantly clinical study branding where I helped to pioneer its industry-wide use to help support recruitment and retention. This grew the capability of both the studio team and wider communications group significantly.
